Welcome to Day 1 Week 2 Year 1 (D1W2Y1) of the free online Coastal Athlete Program. These daily workouts are designed to augment coastal athletes preexisting training protocols for the purposes of increasing range and ability. The Program is amphibious so there is a great deal of run/swim/run in your future.

45 Min Continuous Run (Hard Pack or Trail)
- Rest as needed
- Record number of breaks
- Score = Total Time Moving : Total Distance Covered
- Ex: I ran for 33 out of the 45 minutes and covered 3 miles. Score = 33:3
