During the summer season, we offer 3 different types of classes designed to empower you to opt outside by exploring coastal environments. Every class stays true to our mission of increasing your survivability by teaching you practical skills necessary to execute a self-rescue. CAP Class is offered remotely during the summer months pending sufficient preregistration.

Land Fitness

Ideal For: Adventure Racers,Trail Runners,5K-10K Road Racer

We train on a variety of surfaces to prepare your lower extremities for whatever challenges you throw at them.

  • Hydration and Race Day Nutrition

Swim Fitness

Ideal For: Triathletes, Open Water Swimmers, Recreational  Swimmers

Learn the swimming and navigation skills you need to unlock the offshore wonders of Monterey Bay

  • Intermediate to Advanced Swim Techniques (Emphasis on Freestyle and Side Stroke)
  • Gear Selection and Maintenance
  • Stretching and Calisthenics
  • Hydration and Race Day Nutrition
  • Minimalist Strength Training (MST)
